Come and Join In The Natural Building Fun this year at Australia’s Premier Sustainability Festival

We’re really excited to present a dedicated weekend devoted to sustainable and natural building ideas, practices, legalities and opportunities this year April 6-7 in Chiltern, Victoria.

In 2024 we’ll be launching the new Natural Building Australia Talks Tent – the ultimate hub for sustainable design, natural materials, passive homes, owner builder info, tiny house and more!

With the housing crisis looming large, we’re on a mission to connect trades, spark inspiration, and shake up the Aussie housing scene. This tent will be an educational and immersive space within the festival where passion meets knowledge, and people are inspired to take sustainability into their own hands.

As part of our mission statement, Natural Building Australia is devoted to networking, raising awareness and generating interest in natural materials, passive design, and other aspects of low-impact building. We are dedicated to promoting and educating Australians on best practice for home building and renovations that considers climate, siting, material choice and use.

We hope you can come and join in the many panels such as Talina Edwards from Envirotecture who will be INTRODUCING THE HUFF N PUFF HAUS, or Hayden Annabelle from Curvatecture who will be launching his new platform “School of Super Adobe”.

The Natural Building tent and its adjoining space will serve as a dedicated hub where attendees can immerse themselves in sustainable design, owner-built homes, and natural building practices. The curated schedule features talks, meet-and-greets, and demonstrations, creating a streamlined and engaging experience for festival-goers. By providing a centralized platform to learn, connect, and discover, the Natural Building Australia Talks tent aims to contribute to a collective effort in shaping a more sustainable and resilient future for Australian housing.
