Indica Hemp House is a unique luxury short term accommodation property built from local grown industrial hemp formulated into hempcrete. Most rooms showcase this stunning building material. The property is situated in the Wilyabrup Vineyard Estate on a landscaped block on the edge of a dam. Indica has been designed specifically for luxury accommodation, with 4 suites of master bedrooms & ensuites. It has been built to be very eco-friendly and sustainable. 90% of the house features burnished polished concrete floors, 30% natural hempcrete walls with the rest of the internal walls having a micro acrylic clay render ultra-smooth trowelled finish, or Marbellino plaster walls for the ensuites.
