Ramtec have become aware of Rob Haddon selling his home in Castlemain after building it over 30 years. I have visited this house and consider it an absolute artwork, a piece of history and a national treasure. As rammed earth building people Ramtec would naturally prefer that it was all built in rammed earth but Rob is a big section timber worker extraordinaire, as well as having many other building talents. Those talents are widely visible in this house. It is rare that a home comes up for sale like this one, from “owner building royalty”. We wish Rob and Toni every success in selling their house. We love it. It could only have been improved by a heap of rammed earth and I have told Rob this more than once!
