Mudmob Natural Building specialises in natural plasters and builds Eco friendly homes for clients. Kate from Mudmob strives to use the best traditional Natural Building techniques. Specialising in using unprocessed local, natural, and recycled materials to create beautiful and healthy structures that are environmentally friendly.
Mudmob is experienced in all forms of Natural Building. Strawbale – Light earth – Hemp – Mudbrick – Cob – Cordwood – Natural Plaster and Renders (clay and lime) – Earth Floors – Retrofitting – Earth ovens – Rocket stoves and more.
Mudmob Natural Building can offer general contract work, workshops, training days and consultations. Kate is well known for her finishes in Natural Plaster of all types. Preferring to work with handmade blends of Clay, Lime, wheat paste, casein, fibers and sands for renders and natural paints.

Mudmob teaches natural building workshops. Teaming up with other experienced natural builders and professionals allows mudmob to facilitate workshops on many techniques and scales. These workshops are aimed to empower clients to contribute creatively during the construction of their own home or other project when using the skills learnt through workshops.
Kate can be hired to consult on your natural home project, to build with you or for you, or, to build, finish or maintain your natural structures.
